feeling like a princess

Something magical happened you guys.  I feel like I just got engaged again.  You see, I was having a tiring day, all up to my ears in work and annoyances when my doorbell rang. It was one of my favourite people, the post man!  In case you don't know me that well, getting mail is one of my most enjoyable moments of the day... and when it comes straight to my house, well even better!

I scurried back to my office with my package in hand and opened up the box.  What do I pull out? A pretty little box with this inside:

I know, pretty isn't it!?  It's so sparkly and perfect. The lovely people over at Anjolee sent it to me and it's just perfect. It's their diamond "Five Across Alternating Gemstone Anniversary Ring" in white gold and topaz. I absolutely love the colour of the blue gemstones because they are the same tone as my birth stone. I've been wearing this baby non stop and have already received compliments on it!

After wearing this around and comparing it to my older, less shiny ring finger adornments, it's kind of making me want to pop it on over to the other hand. Just don't tell Dustin ;) hehe!
