hang my head on the wall

Heather and I have been working hard on our Fawn & Flora shop release (feb 14th!).  It's been so fun so far working together, because honestly, we are like the same person when it comes to business stuff. Not to mention I'm pretty sure she'd probably be my real life bff if we didn't live in different countries.  Story of my life right there!

The shot above is a pic from a long distance photoshoot we did together yesterday. We planned out how we wanted everything to look, and then took to our own cameras while texting each other previews!  It was so fun and it's not an easy task getting twigs to stay put in your hair!  I used my trusty 3-barrel curling iron on random chunks of hair and then teased the volume into it. With all of it down, I looked a little witchy, so I opted to pull it back and clip it loosely to the side.

These photos are for the "about" section of our shop.  You can check out the sneak peek of both of our finished photos over at our Facebook page! I'm kind of in love with Heather's photo and that gorgeous handmade flower halo she's sporting. That's all I have for now... stay tuned for our shop grand opening and Like our Facebook page to stay updated!

  6. You have a beautiful blog and I like your sweet Wonderland creatures. I'm visiting via the post on Lisa's blog. What a treat to find someone else from Ontario!
I hope you might consider popping over to my blog as I'm doing research to understand the philosophy of blogging and I'd love to have the input of a high profile blogger like yourself.
