Now that I've been enjoying some summertime bike rides, I've been looking for a cute bike basket to make carrying stuff less of a chore. I've scoured the web for viable options, and here are some of my top 5 choices. My only concern is that they won't properly fit a mountain bike. I think I need to invest in a cute cruiser bike just so I can proudly display one of these beauties!
Which one is your favourite? (p.s Happy 4th of July to my American friends! How are you spending the day?)
I really love 1, 2 and 5! 5 would look best on my mountain bike, which is my baby. I do one day plan on getting a cruiser and if I do, 1 or 2 will be on that one. ^_^ Bike baskets are SO fun. Right now I usually just sling stuff over my shoulder with a messenger bag - you'd be surprised how much I've carried this way! :P
ReplyDeleteI love cute baskets on bikes!! As soon as I move to a more bike friendly place, I am defffffinitly going to treat myself to a pretty ride.. with a basket, of course. My favorite is the wicker basket number 2. It has that classic look that I adore. I can just imagine biking around with fresh picked flowers. hah I can dream, right?

Oooh I love the first one! I'm a sucker for mint. I have a similar basket though and the problem with that type is that small objects can fall through it. I have a fabric cover over my basket now so that the bottom of it is solid and I can throw my phone or keys in there with no risk of it falling out.
