ReplyDeleteDid you use a certain recipe for the PB cookies? I had some at Panera Bread and now I want to make my own so bad! I've looked for a few recipes but they are all so different!

DeleteFor the PB cookies, i literally just mixed a bunch of things together hahaha...
1 cup PB
1 cup flour
1 egg
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
½ tbsp vanilla
½ tbsp baking soda
Baked at 375 for about 8 mins
I’ve seen others though that are just 1 cup PB, 1 egg, ½ cup sugar. And that’s it. I wanted to make mine more cookie-like so added that other stuff lol! I’m really not a baker at all but they turned out great!
