I'm kind of in love with pastel hair... lilac in particular. It just looks so pretty in photos. Although I'm not sure it's something I could live with on a daily basis, I think it would be fun to try temporarily in a more muted tone. Could you ever do it?

I adore pastel hair. I've been lilac and pink! Only temporarily though! It does fade really quickly though. You're right it looks so so pretty in these photos!

I did the pastel tipped hair last summer & I LOVED it!! It faded really fast which was the only down fall! I also got pink highlights once & loved them until they faded and looked orange! :)

ReplyDeleteYes! If it were for a special party/occasion where I got to dress up like something from a Tim Burton film! But just for every day? Probably not..I don't think my Spanish dark skin would look very nice next to pastel hair..But you never know! :)

ReplyDeleteTotally obsessed with pastel hair! I really wanted to do pastel rainbow hair last time I was in the salon, but my hair has just taken so much bleach damage already... so I'm settling for one pastel colors, the rest vibrant/dark. =)

ReplyDeleteAfter this post, me too. But all over pastel looks lovely but it must rip your hair to shreds, be so hard to maintain and not the best for everyday wear! I would def consider getting a pastel streak/dip dye though :)

I ALSO love lilac hair and I could and would do it if my hair was not so dark. I have like really long and thick dark dark brown hair.

DeleteYup! I had purple hair for a long time. I had a bunch of health problems and some bad issues with falling out hair etc, so I kind of have to wait till all my hair is back to normal...But as soon as those ever flying new hairs are a good length I'm going back to purple. I loved it! And I did not get one rude remark comment or stare down because of it (which I thought would definitely happen) I even had old ladies come up and ask me what color that was because they liked it so ^^
