scenes from the long weekend











I'm pretty sure that today means summer is officially over. Our touristy town was packed this weekend due to it being the last long weekend of the season. I spent a good amount of time getting shop stuff done and prepping stock for Fawn & Flora in between some laundry and cleaning sessions. I also re-opened my lookbook account for anyone who is a fan of that site. Most importantly though, I journeyed out to meet my new baby nephew yesterday... I fell in love with him! Everybody say hello to little Bryson.  He's the sweetest little thing, although he was sleeping the entire time. I can't get over how tiny he is.  I was a little mesmerized by his little twitches and facial expressions he would make as he was dreaming. Let's just say that my family is over the moon and I am so ecstatic to be an aunt! (... and it kind of makes me want my very own. eek!)

    2. I quit FB b/c of a few annoying acquaintances, but I really should try to keep up w/ the AF FB group though! Oh, I did start a blog!... like a year ago LOL. I got the layout done.. but never posted.. hahaha. I really should use it! I found Vonnie's blog randomly once too. Did Erica start hers? I think I'll try to come up with a post so I can actually utilize it!

  27. oh gosh, little baby twitches and expressions while they sleep are the cutest! what a gem!!!
    this long weekend i spent with all of my family for my grandpa's 90th birthday, and it was just what i needed!
