Day 5 of the 30 Day Shred. My calves are dying but I'm actually more motivated than when I started. I find myself wanting to complete the workouts twice a day instead of just once. Jillian Michaels is pretty encouraging; "There are no excuses. I've got 400lb people who can do this, you can too!!". Damn right, I can and I will.
