I hope everybody had a sweet Valentine's Day yesterday! Dustin had to work all day until later into the night so we didn't do much but get ourselves a heart-shaped pizza.  How can you not get a heart shaped pizza on the only night of the year they offer it?! Good thing I start Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred today! I've really been enjoying these workouts. I've never skipped a day or had a day that I just didn't feel like doing it. That is kind of pretty rare for me! Although I'm a little bit scared about what today's more intense level will feel like... eek!

This dress above is so fun, I love it. It's so breezy and such a pretty blue. Can springtime please come quickly?

  4. Ahhh, a heart-shaped pizza! I love it :)

    For Valentine's, I was greeted with rose petals, candles, and wine. We stuffed ourselves full of Chinese take-out and lounged in our living room. I love these simple little moments where we have an excuse to indulge at little bit!

    And you know, leftovers are kind of the best too ;)

  12. Did 30 day shred this morning :) those workouts are the best. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and am still doing them but modifying a few of the moves.

    I liked 30DS when I did but I got SO annoyed of listening to JM say the same things every day aha. It killed me!

    1. I think that's what I hate most about ANY workout video. They should make them so there is like an intro version with talking, and then just full workouts after that with minimal talking, once you get the hang of everything.

  22. I did 30DS too! Level 3 is a bitch! I feel like level 2 got easier, which made you feel like you'd be prepared for 3, but ugh. I would mute the video and play music while I did them.
    When you're done with that one, I highly recommend Body Revolution! It's basically Jillian's version of PX90. I've had to take a break from them for a bit because it's a real killer on my knees.

    1. Ohh I haven't heard of that one I will def look into it! I was going to do that ab buster one next or whatever it's called... by Jillian. I usually have REALLY bad knees but I find that this has actually helped them.. I guess just from loosening them up(?). If I do my lunges and squats wrong I definitely feel it in my knees later though.

  47. Our Valentine's Day was pretty laid-back, too. I also had to work late; I think I got off at 7:00? Something like that. Anyway, my "present" came in the form of groceries and dinner. And ice cream. I'm not complaining. :) And I like the added touch of the FOX ring. A much nicer-looking "iron knuckle", haha.
