Snowed in.

Nowhere to go. Nothing to do. Perfect.

There's a snow storm situated directly over my little town. We woke up to over 30cm of new snowfall and it's been snowing most of the day. The third photo is of our front walkway after I shoveled a path. My lawn Christmas decorations have officially been buried along with the bushes that line our pathway. I've already plowed through over a foot of snow once and by the looks of it I'll be back at it again soon. Ten minutes away it's as clear as can be and everyone I've talked to today asks me, "Snowstorm? What snowstorm?" like I ate some crazy pills or something. This is definitely something I dislike most about Canada.... but at the same time it's a bit magical in a Narnia kind of way.

  2. I know snow can be a bit of a pain at times! We never have it like this where I live (Nottingham UK) if we get a few inches of snow everyone panics lol! It does look beautiful though. Enjoy a relaxing day and get all snug and cosy! Sarah-Jayne x

  9. It looks so beautiful there. It's chilly here but in the desert it's still bbq weather. I'd love to have a real Winter one year.
